Friday 24th November:
Arrival & Welcome: check in and settle into your charming accomodations.
Dinner : The menu will be thoughtfully curated to showcase the finest local flavors and ingredients. Many raw materials used to make our dishes are produced by our organic farm Borgodoro
Saturday 25th November:
Breakfast with freshly made cakes, tarts with homemade jam, natural leavened bread, organic eggs and local products
Cooking class
Our cooking lessons consist of hands-on demonstrations led by our cook. You’ll leave Borgodoro with a new passion for seasonal, farm-to-table cooking.
Learn about the region’s biodiversity and culinary heritage during this immersive experience. Our philosophy is simple: we want to share a love of good food. Enjoy the pleasure of nurturing, harvesting and eating locally grown Italian food in the most atmospheric and inspiring of Italian settings.
Relax in wellness area
Relax sipping a herbal tea with flowers – Hay, flowers and aromatic herbs are produced in the fields and in the garden of our Organic Farm
Dinner with wine tasting
Our Bio Farm Borgodoro produces white and red wine. The vineyard is cared for according to the principles of organic and The wine is aged in terracotta barrels.
Sunday 26th November:
The weekend culminates with a final social table for Breackfast savouring the flavors of Sabina.

Painting – canvases, acrylic paints, brushes and spatulas are made available to guests. A moment all for itself in contact with nature – let yourself be inspired by the beauty of the places, the silence .. Enjoy slow times of the countryside. Price per person 20 euro;
Horse riding lessons (in stables) 1 hour – price 35 euro per person – the riding school is located not far from the farm and is the Villanova Ranch in Tarano
