Borgodoro opens its doors for a convivial Sunday surrounded by nature, fire, and good food.<\/p>\n

No set menu, no rush.<\/p>\n

12:00 \u2014 The Farm Shop<\/strong>
First, come and explore. Organic extra virgin olive oil, jams, dried herbs, flours, and cookies from our pantry\u2026<\/p>\n

12:30 \u2014 Aperitif<\/strong>
Glasses in hand, no ceremony. Our white wine aged in terracotta amphora, the red from the 2025 harvest, and our new pop aperitif \u2014 red wine, vermouth, and orange zest \u2014 paired with fried pecorino with Tuscia honey, olive oil bruschetta, and rustic artichoke pie. Welcome, spring.<\/p>\n

13:30 \u2014 \u00c0 la Carte Lunch<\/strong>
No fixed menu. In the kitchen, we work with what the land gives us right now: wild herbs, chicories\u2026 Handmade pasta, slow-grilled dishes, hours-long cooking. And to finish, Borgodoro\u2019s desserts.<\/p>\n

We Make the Wine Ourselves<\/strong>
Every glass we pour comes from our own vineyards. The white aged in terracotta amphora \u2014 no wood, no tricks, just grapes and time. The red from the 2025 harvest, still fresh from the cellar. And for those daring enough, our new pop aperitif crafted this winter.<\/p>\n

In the Wellness Area, the Paintings Speak<\/h3>\n

While the grill sizzles outside, another story unfolds indoors.<\/p>\n

All day long, in Borgodoro\u2019s wellness area, a selection of abstract paintings by Elisabetta Borgognoni<\/strong> is on display. Here, everything speaks of slow time, listening, and roots.<\/p>\n

Borgodoro is a place where silence has a precise sound, stillness becomes matter, and the fog envelops everything, making it essential. In this fragile yet powerful balance between nature and silence, painting finds its truest space.<\/p>\n

“These works were born almost by osmosis. From the continuous dialogue between harmony and chaos, freedom and roots, matter and layering. Some of these canvases now inhabit Borgodoro\u2019s suites and corners \u2014 not as decoration, but as a discreet presence. As a trace of a passage.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Works born from this place, finding their natural context here. To be seen slowly, between one glass and the next, without hurry.<\/p>\n

Booking Info<\/h3>\n

Reservations are only possible through our online form.<\/p>\n

Choose the number of guests. A \u20ac15 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking via credit card or PayPal.<\/p>\n

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled. A delay over 20 minutes will be considered a no-show and penalties will apply.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705 You can cancel or modify your reservation until April 1 with no penalty (via email to info@borgodoro.com<\/a>). The amount paid will be fully refunded.
