2 Dinners – The menu will be thoughtfully curated to showcase the finest local flavors and ingredients, Cuisine crafted with local ingredients and the purest raw materials. Many raw materials used to make our dishes are produced by our organic farm Borgodoro. On 24th and 25th December we’ll cook dishes of the Roman tradition. An invitation to taste and rediscover typical Italian food.

Our Bio Farm Borgodoro produces white and red wine. The vineyard is cared for according to the principles of organic and The wine is aged in terracotta barrels. -
In the afternoon – desserts, fruits and herbal tea with flowers available – Hay, flowers and aromatic herbs are produced in the fields and in the garden of our Organic Farm.

Painting – canvases, acrylic paints, brushes and spatulas are made available to guests. A moment all for yourself in contact with nature – let yourself be inspired by the beauty of the places, by silence.. Enjoy the slow times of the campaign. (Price 40 euro per person)
Cooking classes – Our cooking classes consist of guided hands-on demonstrations. You will leave Borgodoro with a new passion for cooking. Our philosophy is simple: we want to share the love for good food. (the price depends on the type and duration of the course. (Price from 80 euro per person)
The “Osteria“. Tradition, seasonality and raw materials of the highest quality make our cuisine extremely balanced and tasty.
You can breathe the ancient peasant tradition in the lands and gardens, all cultivated for family production, which season after season always provide genuine products. These products of the earth make tasty dishes of that strong and vital peasant cuisine that is found in Borgodoro.
Riding lessons – the riding school is not far from the farm and is the Villanova Ranch of Tarano. (Price 40 euro one hour per person)
