3 Dinners – The menu will be thoughtfully curated to showcase the finest local flavors and ingredients, Cuisine crafted with local ingredients and the purest raw materials. Many raw materials used to make our dishes are produced by our organic farm Borgodoro. On 24th and 25th December we’ll cook dishes of the Roman tradition. An invitation to taste and rediscover typical Italian food.

Our Bio Farm Borgodoro produces white and red wine. The vineyard is cared for according to the principles of organic and The wine is aged in terracotta barrels. -
In the afternoon – desserts, fruits and herbal tea with flowers available – Hay, flowers and aromatic herbs are produced in the fields and in the garden of our Organic Farm.

1 cooking class – Christmas cookies – recipes of the Italian tradition
Our cooking lessons consist of hands-on demonstrations led by grandmother Patrizia. You’ll leave Borgodoro with a new passion for seasonal.
Learn about the region’s biodiversity and culinary heritage during this immersive experience. Our philosophy is simple: we want to share a love of good food. Enjoy the pleasure of nurturing, harvesting and eating locally grown Italian food in the most atmospheric and inspiring of Italian settings. -
