At Borgodoro, time follows the rhythm of nature. Natural_mente is a unique experience, dedicated to those who wish to reconnect with the earth, rediscover ancient traditions and be enveloped in the genuine flavours of our organic farm.

An immersion in the unspoilt nature of our estate:

• Forest bath – a moment of deep connection and regeneration in the woods and meadows of Borgodoro.
• Picking wild herbs – a journey of discovery of edible flowers and aromatic plants, guided by the scents and secrets of the earth.
• Tasting lunch – a convivial gastronomic experience, with dishes prepared using the harvested herbs and products from our farm.

Dishes vary according to seasonality and the natural availability of products.
