In all cases, the safeguards set forth in MailChimp’s privacy policy apply. In relation to the purposes described below, when the administrator sends the newsletter, the data is retrieved through the tools provided by MailChimp and through them the newsletter will be sent to you.

Transfer of data

Contact data related to email addresses are stored on MailChimp’s servers located in the United States.

MailChimp is certified by the EU-US Privacy Shield; the privacy shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the United States to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States.

Processing Location.

Period of Data Retention
