La Brica Restaurant

Farm Kitchen

Raw materials, fire,
and the land

La Brica is born from Borgodoro’s agricultural, organic roots: a pared-back kitchen guided by fire and the seasons, built around bringing what grows in our fields to the table.

Stone-ground grains, legumes, extra virgin olive oil from our own groves, vegetables and wild herbs from the Sabina hills.

The name comes from “bricca”, the local word for the steep side of the hill we farm. We dropped one “c” to make it simpler, just like the way we cook.

Our cooking doesn’t come from a recipe book, but from the edges of our own fields.

The pleasure to
stay

There’s a quiet thread linking the flavours of dinner to a restful night: your suite is just a short, private walk away. Handmade terracotta floors, warm wood and the stillness of the countryside turn the evening into a night of complete calm. In the morning, the warmth of the common rooms and the scent of homemade breakfast, or a swim in the pool, set the pace for another slow, easy day.

La Brica is open Friday for dinner, Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for lunch.

Reservations

La Brica is open by reservation only. Leave us your details and the date you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you to confirm your table.
