Among our excellences, Merlot and Sangiovese, matured in terracotta amphora, offer a taste experience that reflects the richness of the local terroir and the passion for wine tradition. Each glass tells a story of dedication and love for the land.

We thought of a tasting inspired by tradition, with simple and genuine ingredients, collected from our garden and local producers.
The Tasting which includes
Ricotta Sabina and zucchini marinated with mint and vinegar of the Acetaia San Giacomo
Bruschetta with homemade bread and our oil evo
Cured ham with Falisco cheese pizza cooked in a wood oven
Vegetable pancakes, OrtoBio herbs and lemon zest
Our baked olives, fennel seeds and orange peel

In case of bad weather the aperitif is organized inside the old stable or in the Lodge.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, payment for the event is required by credit card or Paypal
Reservations for up to 8 guests can be made online. For larger groups, please contact us before proceeding with the booking.
You can cancel or change your reservation within 3 days from the date of the event without any penalty. (via mail to info@borgodoro.com). The amount paid will be refunded in full.
After this time, the booking will be considered final and non-refundable.
