Our tomato puree comes from the heart of Sabina, where tomatoes are grown with love by the Azienda Agricola Borgodoro. Each tomato is hand-picked only when it has reached perfect ripeness, guaranteeing a product with an authentic and genuine flavour.
We use a mix of tomato varieties, including Datterino, Ciliegino, Casalino and Piccadilly, to offer a rich and balanced passata.
We add no colouring agents, thickeners or preservatives, keeping the freshness and taste of the tomato intact.
