Borgodoro opens its doors for a convivial Sunday surrounded by nature, fire, and good food.
No set menu, no rush.
Just the freedom to choose, taste, and linger.
12:00 — The Farm Shop
First, come and explore. Organic extra virgin olive oil, jams, dried herbs, flours, and cookies from our pantry…
12:30 — Aperitif
Glasses in hand, no ceremony. Our white wine aged in terracotta amphora, the red from the 2025 harvest, and our new pop aperitif — red wine, vermouth, and orange zest — paired with fried pecorino with Tuscia honey, olive oil bruschetta, and rustic artichoke pie. Welcome, spring.
13:30 — À la Carte Lunch
No fixed menu. In the kitchen, we work with what the land gives us right now: wild herbs, chicories… Handmade pasta, slow-grilled dishes, hours-long cooking. And to finish, Borgodoro’s desserts.
We Make the Wine Ourselves
Every glass we pour comes from our own vineyards. The white aged in terracotta amphora — no wood, no tricks, just grapes and time. The red from the 2025 harvest, still fresh from the cellar. And for those daring enough, our new pop aperitif crafted this winter.
While the grill sizzles outside, another story unfolds indoors.
All day long, in Borgodoro’s wellness area, a selection of abstract paintings by Elisabetta Borgognoni is on display. Here, everything speaks of slow time, listening, and roots.
Borgodoro is a place where silence has a precise sound, stillness becomes matter, and the fog envelops everything, making it essential. In this fragile yet powerful balance between nature and silence, painting finds its truest space.

📅 Book by March 28 — for both the aperitif and lunch. Places are limited by choice. Please contact us before booking for allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. We cannot guarantee specific alternatives but will do our best to accommodate.

🐕 Dogs: We’re sorry, pets are not allowed. We have two wonderful dogs, Argo and Marzia, affectionate Maremmas who love people but are territorial and don’t always get along with other four-legged friends. We truly apologize.

Reservations are only possible through our online form.
Choose the number of guests. A €15 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking via credit card or PayPal.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled. A delay over 20 minutes will be considered a no-show and penalties will apply.
Cancellation Policy
✅ You can cancel or modify your reservation until April 1 with no penalty (via email to info@borgodoro.com). The amount paid will be fully refunded.
❌ After this date, reservations are final and non-refundable.
