Christmas at Borgodoro is a time of celebration, warmth, and conviviality, immersed in the peaceful countryside of Sabina.

We will welcome you to our suites and Osteria, where every detail — from carefully set tables to soft lighting — contributes to creating a cozy and refined atmosphere.

🍽️ THE MENU

We have created a 4-course Christmas tasting menu, with dishes prepared using organic ingredients from our farm and local products, celebrating the authentic flavors of Sabina.
Each course is designed to be a moment of pleasure and sharing. (Drinks not included)

Optional Activities to Enrich Your Stay:

• Aperitif with tasting: local wines and products

• Cooking classes: fresh pasta or traditional cookies and cakes

• Horseback riding lessons at Villanova Ranch in Tarano:

  • Single lesson (1 hour) or Introduction Course (2–3 days), including lessons, horse care, and tacking. (price upon request)

Booking Information and Cancellation Policy

To book a full experience including Christmas Lunch, accommodation, and breakfast, please follow these simple steps:

1. Select your tickets for the lunch.

2. Choose the Suite from the available options in the Tickets section (price is for 2 nights).

3. If you wish to add an additional night to your booking, please email us at info@borgodoro.com.

A payment via credit card or PayPal is required at the time of booking.
Bookings for up to 6 guests can be made online. For larger groups, we kindly ask you to contact us before proceeding with your reservation.

Cancellations or modifications are possible up to 20 days before the event, with a full refund of the amount paid (via email to info@borgodoro.com).
After this period, the booking is considered final and non-refundable.
