Colledoro chickpeas are sown in our fields between January and February in rotation with cereals and fodder crops. They are organically grown. Harvesting takes place at full maturity.
The chickpeas are naturally dried, to preserve their organoleptic characteristics, and carefully selected before being packaged in a protective atmosphere.
When cooked, they remain al dente, retaining their outer skin.
It is advisable to clean them by hand.
Necessary Soaking: 12 hours
Perfect to eat simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Try them to make chickpea hummus or prepare cereal and legume soups or salads with seasonal vegetables.
Store dry, cool and protected from light, preferably in an airtight container.
Characteristics: small seed size, round shape, intense flavour.
