Colledoro lentils are sown in our fields between January and February in rotation with cereals and fodder crops. They are cultivated according to the organic method. Harvesting takes place at full maturity.

The lentils are naturally dried, to preserve their organoleptic characteristics, and carefully selected before being packaged in a protective atmosphere.

They are characterised by the naturally small size of the seed, which is round in shape and green in colour.

They do not need to be soaked. After rinsing in fresh water, they cook in 30-40 minutes, remain al dente and do not peel.

Perfect for soups or in cold salads with seasonal vegetables.

Try them with rice or cereals for one-dish meals or simply seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Store dry, cool and protected from light, preferably in an airtight container.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, soya and nuts.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere in the factory at Via Navello Snc ZI Spello (PG)
