Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and Changes

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival do not incur a penalty. The amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or non-arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
  • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in price changes.

Early Departures

  • In the event of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.

No Show

  • In case of no-show, the amount of the entire stay will be withheld.

Check-in

🕒 Timetable: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Check-out

🕘 Timetable: by 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in/late check-out can be organised upon request and subject to availability (may incur an additional charge).
