Reservations can only be made through our online form.
Choose the date and indicate the number of guests. A deposit of €20 per guest is required at the time of booking, payable by credit card or PayPal.
Reservations for up to 6 guests can be made online. For larger groups, please contact us before booking.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Delays beyond 20 minutes will be considered a no-show and subject to applicable penalties.
✅ You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before the booked date without penalty (by emailing info@borgodoro.com). Your deposit will be fully refunded.
❌ After this period, the reservation is considered final and non-refundable.
